What exactly is the difference in job function between the following titles:
Senior Executive Producer
Executive Producer
Associate Producer
Producer
Any others?
I’m assuming the one listed first has the most power, and power/money decreases as you go down the list, but what exactly do they do? Do you have to go to a special producer school to get this job? I don’t want the job,...

I love tracking the Ann Arbor tag on Tumblr.
It feels like half of the posts are about Star Kid (didn’t know what that was until I looked it up a minute ago) or are photos taken by teenagers from out of town standing in graffiti alley.

Awesomely Bizarre Christmas Cards

Why Do People Call It "Xmas"?
mentalflossr:
Lots of people think the X in Xmas is a secular watering down of the word Christ. You know, “we love to celebrate the holiday but don’t believe in Jesus,” sort of thing. But that’s not the case.
The X actually comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of Χριστός. Now, if that’s all Greek to you, Χριστός, of course, means Christ.
